SPIT FIRE! is a collection of some of her hottest spoken word poems. On this album she addresses society's most pressing and controversial social and political concerns, like promiscuity and HIV/AIDS in her brief but powerful spoken poem, Test Positive, and overcoming domestic abuse in her anthem, Live More, which features Mariah Carey.

Lady Khadija effortlessly fuses spoken word with powerful vocal styling over hip hop, soul, and reggae influenced rhythms in her songs Redemption Time and Now, addressing issues like the plight of political prisoners, war, and the dangers of being politically ignorant.
